No. GPS speed and distance tracking is optional and off by default — turn it on only if you want it. When enabled, location is used solely to calculate speed and distance for that drive, and the data never leaves your device.

Before each drive, you and the learner walk through an 8-point inspection together — vehicle walk-around, tires, mirrors, seatbelts, lights, seat position, fuel, and passenger seatbelts. Confirm each item and the drive session begins.

While supervising, tap Good or Needs Work for any skill you want to note — lane changes, following distance, parking, merging, and more. It's designed to take one glance and one tap, so your eyes stay on the road.

DriveReady Coach looks across your recent qualifying drives to show which skills are becoming consistently solid and which still need more practice — based on real observations you made, not a guess. Patterns get more reliable the more drives you log.

Yes. DriveReady Coach can generate a dated PDF summarizing your sessions — conditions, hours, and skill observations — suitable for handing directly to a driving instructor. The PDF is created entirely on your device; we never see a copy of it.
